This picture that I did of Lynnis was inspired by a banner I often see at lunchtime of Vermeer's Girl in the Red Hat. We got the bear hat in Alaska. I started out trying to do this with glazes but it didn't work out so I had to paint most of it over the regular way. The picture is very small, 8x8.

I love that you are going small. The background confuses me, is it a mushroom?
It's a sweater, but maybe I should change it if its confusing.
